I guess I’ve always underestimated the beauty of variegated yarn. Maybe it’s because varietagion is something you have to handle with great care. Not only do you have to watch out for dreadful pooling, but also choose your pattern wisely. Variegation doesn’t seem to like lace or cables, but it does love texture and simple stitches. And then I see colorways like this one…
…I can forget about all the difficulties.
I just can’t stop staring at it.
I have only 2 skeins of this beauty so it will be a really hard decision what to make with it…
