I can’t remember when I bought this yarn. It’s Kashmir by Wnuk, a Polish yarn company. I’m not even sure if they still make it. Anyway, I bough it in a very unattractive color of pale buttocks. ;-) In the photo it looks beige, but believe me, it’s not pretty. I knew I’d dye it one day.
So I did :-)
Then I made Monika Sirna’s “Nozky” for my little girl. After all it’s getting pretty chilly now.
I’m really happy with them. They are super cute, with a very interesting cable detail and Aga loves them too.
If only I had more time, I’d make such for me too…
It’s happening. Fall is here and every morning when I go out with my son to kindergarter it’s colder. I love summer, sun and clear blue sky, but I admit thet fall and upcoming winter have recently become pretty exciting as this is the time of the year when I can wear knitwear all the time. Pullovers, cardigans and most of all – accessories. I have lots of them and I still want to make more. Colorful, in new yarns, for family and me. Would you like to join me?
I’m so excited to be starting the second edition of Cozy for Winter KAL today. The KAL will be open from October 1st to December 1st, so we’ll have 2 months to knit some winter accessory to keep you (your friends? family? loved ones?) cozy before it gets really chilly.
Patterns which can enter the KAL are all accessories…
NOTE: With coupon code Cozy2013 all these designs are 10% off for Kal participants (exp. 31st Oct).
